Delgado Chosen August's Best PAC Hurler Thursday, September 1st , 2067 José Delgado of Edmonton had a tremendous August with a 4-1 mark and was chosen the Pitcher of the Month in the Pacific League. Delgado restricted opposing hitters to 23 base hits and a .169 batting average. He rang up 49 strikeouts in 40 innings of work, surrendered 22 walks, and crafted a 1.35 ERA. This season Delgado has compiled a 7-4 record with a 2.38 ERA in 13 starts. |
