Chihuahuan -Yellowknife Brawl, Burke and Unknown Suspended Tuesday, May 10th , 2072 John Burke of the Chihuahuan Chuckwallas and Jim Unknown of the Yellowknife Wolverines will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 9 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Chuckwallas-Wolverines game at Gumlog Grounds. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Burke and Unknown will begin serving them soon. Burke is currently hitting at a .260 pace with 5 home runs and 14 RBIs. He has played in 26 games and scored 23 times. |
