PAC's #1 Player Named Monday, June 21st, 2060 So far in his young career, Melvin Miller has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Pacific League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 20-year-old La Paz War first baseman hit at a torrid .520 clip as he collected 13 hits in 25 at-bats, 1 home run, 8 RBIs and 3 runs scored. This year Miller has hit 6 home runs and posted a .315 batting average. |
