Juans Win Tight Pacific League Northern Division Race Saturday, August 18th, 2057 You could barely hear the person standing next to you in the Don Juans clubhouse, as the team celebrated its Pacific League Northern Division championship tonight. "We're a proud bunch and this one feels good," shortstop Carlos Padilla shouted to reporters over the loud music that rang through the clubhouse after the team's division win became official. "This is a franchise that deserves a championship and we're going to do everything we can to make that happen." The Juans have secured the franchise's 3rd title with a 66-53 record and will be looking for the 1st POTD Single A championship in franchise history. |
