López Collects Cycle Tuesday, May 11th , 2077 At Lions Ballpark, Ricardo López led Kingston to a win, 18-7, over the Greenwich Village Idiots by hitting for the cycle, one of baseball's more difficult feats. "Usually the triple is the hardest one to get, but I was most worried about the homer today because the ball wasn't carrying," López said later. "When I took it deep, I was expecting the ball to die on the warning track, so it was sweet seeing the ump give me the signal to circle the bases." In addition to going 4-for-7, López chalked up 4 runs batted in and scored 3 runs in an exceptional performance. Ricardo López struck out in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI triple in the 6th, hit a two-run double in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 8th and struck out in the 8th.
