San Quentin Outlaws left fielder John Dorsey went ballistic with the bat. He hammered the Greenwich Village Idiots for 5 hits to help San Quentin win, 8-7, over Greenwich Village at Underdogs Ballpark.

John Dorsey hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 5th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.

At present, Dorsey is batting .303 and has collected no home runs, 6 RBIs, .407 OBP and scored 15 runs.

Greenwich Village Shuts Out Mojave Behind Silva, 2-0
Tuesday, July 6th , 2077
Cristóbal Silva was in a mood to talk following the Greenwich Village Idiots contest against the Mojave Woodrats , expounding to BNN reporters on his pitching philosophy. He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the Woodrats , 2-0.

"There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Silva said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again."

The right-hander blanked Mojave on a 5-hitter, allowing 3 walks and racking up 7 strikeouts.

His record this season is 4-6 in 16 starts and Silva has a 3.45 ERA.
