POTD AAA News Flash: Development Facilities Open

With the season over and the final out recorded, teams are already looking towards the next year. Coaches, trainers, and staff are up the next day at the crack of dawn, moving pitching mounds into place, setting up equipment, loosening their arms, and prepping plans for the players they will be working with. With the doors of their development complexes open, organizations can now send players to their facility for personalized offseason work, in order to improve specific aspects of their game.
You can find the screen for the development facility on the team's development tab, all the rules are properly explained there.

POTD AAA Headline News: The Offseason Begins

The 2073 postseason is over and the baseball landscape is silent. But beneath this veneer of serenity, a tension is building. POTD Triple A clubs are preparing for a long offseason of trades, speculation, contract negotiations and preparations for next year. While it won't be baseball, exactly, onlookers will grudgingly take it as a substitute until teams head into preseason camps.

Navigators Top Rasta

It's party time in Norfolk . The confetti is flying and residents are smiling.
The Norfolk Navigators have reached the mountaintop, capturing the 2073 Round 3 today. They defeated the Kingston Rasta 8-5 at Boulders Ballpark to officially wrap up the series 4-1.
Asked how it feels to be a champion, first baseman Ira Tolbert was to the point.
"It feels great, like a million bucks. I'm so happy right now, not just for me but for all the guys," he said. "We put a lot of work into this and deserve to be champions."
The team is planning a victory parade and fan appreciation day later in the week. Norfolk finished the regular season 78-52 and claimed second place in the Pacific League Southern Division.
