Martínez on Fire: 5-for-5 for Dayton Friday, June 22nd , 2068 Dayton right fielder Juan Martínez had a day to remember today, 5-for-5 against the San Quentin Outlaws at Underdogs Ballpark as the Diamonds picked up a 5-3 victory. "He was patient up there today," Dayton skipper told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Martínez has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Juan Martínez singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Lee Jones in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
