Sky Sox Vélez Out Rest Of Season Saturday, July 21st, 2063 The season is finished for Jesús Vélez of the Colo Springs Sky Sox. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Sky Sox starting pitcher suffered bone chips in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Campeche Pirates. Team doctors said it would take at least 4-5 months to heal.
