López Grabs PAC Best Batter Award for June Tuesday, July 1st , 2064 It's perhaps an award he'll win many more times through his career, as at age 25 Vincente López has a lot of baseball ahead of him. But for now the young Colo Springs Sky Sox star can enjoy the numbers he put up in June, which have garnered him the nod as the Pacific League Batter of the Month. His breakout month featured a .302 average with 14 home runs, 33 RBIs and 25 runs scored. So far this season López is hitting .248 with 32 home runs. |
