Recovery Slow for Outlaws John McClendon
Saturday, August 9th , 2070
After being examined by team doctors yesterday, Outlaws starting pitcher John McClendon was told that his rehabilitation time would be increased to 4 days because he still had some pain and soreness. The medical staff did not want to activate him until he is totally healthy. McClendon is recovering from a mild abdominal strain.
Thus far this season McClendon has posted a 10-5 record, started 19 games, struck out 123 batters in 120 innings and compiled a 2.62 ERA.
