Worms Capture Pacific League Central Division Friday, August 18th , 2073 Tequila Worms's front office staff ran some numbers after all the games were played today, and came to a quick realization - it's done. Tequila has clinched the top spot in the division for the 10th time, and now has to be considered one of the favorites in the annual challenge for the Round 3. A reporter from the Tequila Gazette caught up with some fans who were celebrating outside of Spin Doctors Ballpark when they heard the news. "I've always believed in this team! I've been a fan of the Tequila Worms since before I could walk," said season ticket holder John Masters. "I'm looking forward to celebrating our 2nd championship soon!" |
