Campeche Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Friday, July 26th , 2069 Alonso Torres said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Campeche Pirates after they missed the POTD Triple A playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. Campeche last appeared in the postseason in 2066. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 39 times in their 46-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Pirates have only made the playoffs once. |
