Norfolk Takes Round 1 Monday, September 4th , 2073 Fans of the Tequila Worms groaned when Ángel Díaz stepped up to the plate in the Round 1. And for good reason too, as the Norfolk Navigators player was instrumental in guiding his team to a 3-1 series win over the Worms. The series was clinched tonight at Boulders Ballpark, with Norfolk coming out on top 6-1 in the deciding game. Díaz's strong series included a .476 batting average, with a .476 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Norfolk Navigators will play against the Columbus Explorers in the next round.
