ATL's Top Player, Bernard of Calgary Monday, July 11th, 2061 So far in his young career, Franck Bernard has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Atlantic League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 25-year-old Calgary Cannons right fielder hit at a torrid .480 clip as he collected 12 hits in 25 at-bats, 3 home runs, 11 RBIs and 13 runs scored. Currently Bernard is batting .311 with 11 home runs, 71 RBIs and 67 runs scored. |
