2070 ATL AAA Diamond Heater Award Chosen Sunday, October 5th , 2070 The Hill City Violators have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Truman Todd, this year's Atlantic League AAA Diamond Heater Award selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Todd compiled a 14-4 record in 24 starts, tallied 141 strikeouts in 169 innings and recorded a 1.97 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .223 batting average against him. He received 13 first place votes out of a possible 28. Scott Jenkins of the San Quentin Outlaws finished second in voting with 10 first place votes, while Anthony Turner of the Hill City Violators finished third with 5 first place votes.
