Manuel's Season Could be Over Friday, April 12th , 2075 The doctors have spoken and Andrés Manuel of the Tulsa Dust Devils didn't like what he heard. The 25-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Manuel sustained his season-ending injury during the Puerto Vallarta Freedom game yesterday at Swamp Dragons Stadium. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Tulsa medical staff reported Manuel had a torn rotator cuff and would be absent from the lineup for at least 7 months. |
