Ruíz on Fire: 5-for-5 for Green Bay Tuesday, June 6th , 2073 Walter Ruíz was at the head of a Green Bay Huskies hit parade at Ballpark of Neillsville. The 25-year-old went to the plate 5 times and came away with 5 hits, but it was the Olympic River Swimmers that marched off with the 9-5 win. "We didn't have it today," griped Huskies skipper following the game. "Walter did fine, but as a team, we didn't do it with the bats and we didn't do it pitching." Ruíz did more than fine, dominating the River Swimmers at the plate during his record-making 5-for-5 performance. "Each time I went to the plate, I was thinking about hitting the ball hard somewhere," the sweet-swinging right fielder told reporters. "When I focus on that, I usually have quality at-bats." Walter Ruíz hit an RBI double in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
