Zong-ming Ma of the Sonoran Jackrabbits had one of those moments when he went 5-for-8 at the plate in his team's 31-3 win over the East St. Louis Eagles at Ballpark of Stockton. "I won't forget this anytime soon, and I don't expect it to happen too often," the 22-year-old center fielder told reporters in the postgame interview. "I'll be happy to just get a hit or two every day. Enough to hang around the league a while longer. Like 10, maybe 15 more years."
