He easily handled Eagles pitching, going 5 for 5 and helping the Jackrabbits to a 10-6 triumph at Chimpanzees Ballpark. "The way I was swinging today, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Hannah's quip, Eagles skipper said he "would take him up on that next time." Walt Hannah singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
