River Swimmers Listless in 8-0 Loss to Pickers Saturday, June 5th , 2066 Pickle 's Mark Geldart brought his best stuff to Ballpark of Thornwood today, shutting down and shutting out the Olympic River Swimmers 8-0. He racked up 5 strikeouts, surrendered 1 hit and issued 1 walk on his way to the victory. "We barely made him work at all," Olympic manager said later. "Pickle could probably pitch him again tomorrow if they wanted." This year Geldart has a 6-3 mark in 10 starts with a 2.54 ERA.
