Granville-Brainerd Fight Results in Suspensions Thursday, July 8th , 2077 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Granville-Brainerd contest at Spears Ballpark. The Greyhounds Jack Beach and the Seagulls Roy Seymour will have to sit out 4 and 6 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. This season, Beach is batting .304 with 77 hits and 10 home runs. He has scored 44 times and has 50 runs batted in. This season, Seymour has compiled a 3-1 record with a 3.00 ERA. |
