Fabián 23-Game Hitting Streak Ends Tuesday, July 18th , 2073 The Saskatoon Legends clamped down on Rafael Fabián and put a stop to his hit streak. He went without a hit, ending the run at 23 straight games, but it didn't keep the Jackrabbits from winning. Sonoran downed the Legends, 5-1. "It was bound to happen," Fabián said with a shrug after the game. Thus far this season, Fabián has hit .286 with 13 home runs, 47 RBIs and scored 83 times. |
