Legends Lose Méndez for Season Saturday, June 14th , 2064 When José Méndez was hurt against the Granville Greyhounds, the Saskatoon Legends were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 22-year-old shortstop suffered a broken kneecap colliding with a player at a base in yesterday's game.
