River Swimmers Listless in 9-0 Loss to Legends Thursday, August 6th , 2071 The Saskatoon Legends rolled to an easy 9-0 win over the Olympic River Swimmers at Ballpark of Thornwood today. Leading the way to victory was starter Jimmy McQuartie, who shackled the Olympic River Swimmers and held them scoreless on a 4-hitter. "This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," McQuartie said in his postgame press conference. In 12 starts this season McQuartie has chalked up a 7-3 record and a 1.61 ERA.
