2070 AA Diamond Heater Award Winner Announced Wednesday, September 24th , 2070 The Atlantic League announced today that Roger Matthews has been chosen the AA Diamond Heater Award winner for 2070. The Green Bay starter had everything working for him this past season as he breezed to a 12-1 record. In his award-winning season Matthews crafted a 2.48 ERA in 141.2 innings with 206 strikeouts and 65 walks. Opposing batters hit .186 against him in his 23 starts. He received 27 first place votes out of a possible 28. Ed Moore of the Green Bay Huskies finished second in voting, while Miguel Ramírez of the Crab Apple Sluggers finished third.
