Foulsham and Little Brawl, League Suspends Them
Saturday, July 28th, 2063
After an intense confrontation, both the Steers John Foulsham and the Caribous Barney Little were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent Durham-Port Monmouth game. John Foulsham will miss 4 games, while Barney Little was suspended for 9 games.
"Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," John Foulsham commented later. "Hopefully cooler heads will prevail the next time we play."
In 9 starts this season, Little has recorded no wins and absorbed no losses. He has pitched 29.1 innings, allowed 38 hits, struck out 44 and has a 5.83 ERA.
