Free-for-All Costs Maeda and Yi 4-Game Suspensions Tuesday, July 24th , 2068 The league office advised Woodmere and Córdoba that they had issued 4-game suspensions to Naohiro Maeda and Suk-min Yi. They were disciplined for being the major antagonists in yesterday's free-for-all at Ballpark of Woodmere. For the season Maeda is currently batting .338 with 5 home runs and 23 RBIs. In 37 games he has reached base at a .474 rate and scored 37 runs to date. Yi has pitched 23.1 innings and molded a 7.71 ERA with no saves. He has surrendered 28 hits while registering 27 strikeouts on his way to a 2-0 record for the Sky Sox this year. |
