Wednesday, July 14th , 2066
Carlos García has to call it a season. The Saint Paul Rovers reliever sustained a season-ending injury against the Mont Vernon Gladiators and will not play again this year according to club doctors. García was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and stated that he would not be able to play for 10 months.
This season he has made 7 relief appearances, collecting no saves. García has worked 10.2 innings, yielding 22 hits and giving out 11 free passes while striking out 12. He has a 0-0 record with a 15.19 ERA.
