Jailbreakers Win Round 1 Saturday, August 26th , 2073 The Orlando Jailbreakers are bound for the Round 2. A 13-4 win over the Saint Paul Rovers at Jailbreakers Ballpark ended the Round 1, 3-1. "We're not trying to get ahead of ourselves, but it's hard not to get pumped up and excited and think about how this season could end," said Albert Dyer. "This could be the biggest celebration Orlando has ever seen if we can win the Round 3." The state of the POTD Rookie League championship remains in doubt, but the Jailbreakers certainly appear to be strong contenders. Dyer was named MVP of the Round 1 after he posted a .550 batting average, while adding 1 home runs, driving in 6 RBI and scoring 7 runs. The Orlando Jailbreakers will play against the Greensboro Gappers in the next round. Greensboro won their series against the Woodmere Starfires 3 games to 0.
