Steers Horton Sizzles with Cycle Wednesday, August 12th , 2071 In an outing that will go down in the annals of baseball history, Durham third baseman Craig Horton hit for the cycle today as the Steers marched to victory over the Buffalo Officers, 15-10. Horton collected 5 hits in 5 at-bats, including 2 singles, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run. He added 5 RBI and 4 runs scored to help Durham take the Steers Ballpark contest. "It was the last thing on my mind, really," Horton said. "I'm out there trying to get a blooper or a walk or whatever might help the team. Even if I had wanted to, hitting for the cycle is probably as much about luck as about skill anyway." Craig Horton hit an RBI triple in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Cary Kwan in the 6th and hit an RBI double in the 7th.
