Reliever of the Year Award Goes to Phillips Monday, September 26th , 2072 He may only be 23, but Todd Phillips of the Beloeil Barracudas has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the Colonial League. The reliever was today named the CNL Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2072. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 12 saves in 24 relief appearances and 37 strikeouts in 27.1 innings. He had a record of 0-3 to go with his 2.96 ERA. He received 19 first place votes out of a possible 28. Scott Mitchell of the Orlando Jailbreakers finished second in voting with 7 first place votes, while Tim Davies of the Woodmere Starfires finished third with 2 first place votes.
