West Island got a first-rate effort from pitcher Miguel Benítez, who frustrated Atlantic City hitters en route to a 2-0 Storm triumph at Hot Box. The win has West Island at 54-87.

The Storm got a big at-bat from shortstop Rafael Ramos. For the game, Ramos went 1-4 with a double. In the bottom of the fifth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 17th double of the season gave West Island a 1-0 lead.
