Crusade Lose Fields for Season Monday, May 3rd , 2077 Albert Fields will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the St. Augustine reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Fields was injured while throwing a pitch in the Crusade-Mom & Pops clash at Muckdogs Ballpark recently. Doctors said he has a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be out a minimum of 9-10 months. For the season, Fields has no saves, tossed 15.2 innings, fanned 13 batters and produced an ERA of 4.60. He has also been credited with no wins and no losses. |
