Hitting Streak Still Alive for White Wednesday, May 11th , 2072 The hitting streak for Saskatoon center fielder Carl White now stands at 20 games, but the Legends dropped today's contest 16-12 to the Sonoran Jackrabbits. White went 4-for-6 in the game. "Things went well for me personally," he said. "I got 4 hits and the streak keeps going. But we didn't win the game." Carl White singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th. White is currently batting .454 with 6 home runs and 22 RBIs. |
