Esteban Ruíz Out for Season Sunday, July 22nd, 2063 The season is ending on a bad note for Esteban Ruíz, closer for the Minneapolis Mud Hens . It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Ruíz was hurt against the Tulsa Dust Devils while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn labrum and will be out for at least 5 months. In the 2063 season Ruíz has worked 35.2 innings in 35 relief appearances and earned 21 saves. He has dished out 29 strikeouts and walked 17 with a 6-1 mark and a 2.27 ERA. |
